Daniel Masiel, Ph.D., Founder and CEO, Integrated Dynamic Electron Solutions (IDES)

Daniel Masiel founded Integrated Dynamic Electron Solutions (IDES) in 2009 with the goal of enabling researchers to observe the behavior of nanomaterials at the fastest timescales possible. 

Khalid Hattar, Ph.D., Scientist, Technical Staff, Sandia National Laboratories

Khalid Hattar is a Principal Member of the Technical Staff and scientist at Sandia National Laboratories and the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies.

Patrick Phillips, Ph.D., Asst. TEM Product Manager, Electron Microscopy, JEOL USA, Inc.

Dr. Phillips received his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering in 2012 from the Ohio State University. Following an appointment as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois – Chicago, he joined JEOL USA in 2016.
