AMS7032 Qualification of EB-PDF Technology for Aerospace Production

The AMS7032 operational qualification (OQ) standard assesses an AM powder bed fusion machine's ability to reliably satisfy material specifications while maintaining process control and stability across several builds.

In this webinar, JEOL will discuss the importance of requirements such as AMS7032 for certifying powder bed fusion modes before serial production.

Jonathan Buckley is an AM applications engineer for JEOL USA. He has worked in the additive manufacturing industry for seven years, primarily supporting EB-PBF technologies. Jonathan has experience both from supporting an EB-PBF machine manufacture and from utilizing EB-PBF technology at an AM medical device contract manufacturer focused on the production of additively manufactured orthopedic implants.
